BEGINNER

Never done stained glass before? This level is for you! We’ll teach you everything from the very beginning and guide you through each step.

INTERMEDIATE

Have you tried stained glass before or are you a fast learner? Intermediate designs offer a little more challenge while still keeping the experience fun and approachable.

ADVANCED

Have you made stained glass a few times and feel comfortable using the tools? Choose from our more detailed advanced designs and put your skills to work!

Each skill level has several designs to choose from, carefully curated based on your experience level to help ensure a fun, successful, and creative experience.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

At ArtLink, we teach stained glass using the copper foil method .

Once you select your favorite night light design, we’ll guide you through the process from start to finish:

• Learn how to cut glass to the size and shape you need

• Practice your glass-cutting skills before working on your final piece

• Choose your own glass from our selection

• Learn how to copper foil your pieces

• Learn how to properly use flux and solder

• Assemble and solder your creation

• Complete your very own stained glass night light

And the best part? Everyone leaves with a completed piece they can proudly display and enjoy at home.

Whether you’re completely new to stained glass or already comfortable with the tools, there’s a design waiting for you.

Become a Stained Glass Certified Creator at ArtLink!

Did you know you can become a stained glass certified creator through ArtLink?

By completing three of our stained glass workshops; First Timer, Beginner, and Advanced, you’ll build your skills and gain a deeper understanding of the techniques and tools used to create your own stained glass pieces. Once certified, you’ll receive a certificate and have the opportunity to become an ArtLink stained glass room member.

Membership allows you to access our stained glass room and its equipment and supplies (glass not included, you provide your own glass) to work on your own creations without the expense of purchasing all the equipment or setting up your own workspace. This plant stake workshop is one of our special designs. We also offer stained glass workshops featuring a variety of designs and skill levels, so there’s always something new to learn and create!
