Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Only one reschedule date will be allowed and you must reschedule at least 7 days prior to your reserved date. If you do not reschedule with proper notice, you will forfeit the paid amount and will have to pay again upon rebooking at a later date.

• We understand that emergencies and life happen so if you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis if a full refund is warranted.

• If you and your team are going to be late, you must notify us ASAP. If no members of your party show up within the first half hour of your allotted time, then you forfeit all money paid and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
