Little HitchHikers

Grab your little adventurers and hit the trails with us! Little HitchHikers is a free, drop-in program designed for families with young children to explore the hiking and walking paths throughout Montgomery County Parks. Strollers and wagons are welcome, making it easy for everyone to join the adventure! Each hike, Mandi will create a fun nature scavenger hunt along the trail to encourage exploration, discovery, and outdoor play. Stop by the designated park anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to complete the self-guided hike at your own pace using a provided trail map and scavenger hunt. Prefer to hike with a group? Join Mandi at 10:00 a.m. as she leads one final walk of the trail for the day!
