- ➤ The Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council and partners are launching Downtown Artwalk on Jan. 8 when local artist Annalee Parker will unveil her exhibit Everyday Landmarks at 335 Franklin Street from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.—the artwork will be viewable through Feb. 4 during office hours. - ➤ Austin Peay State University (APSU) reinstated theater professor Darren Michael after the school admitted it did not follow proper tenure procedures in firing him for his social media remarks about Charlie Kirk. - ➤ Sycamore's Lady War Eagles won three games over Christmas break in tournaments at Portland and East Robertson — boosting their momentum heading into district play. - ➤ Harpeth High’s boys rallied for a 55-45 win over Liberty Creek while the girls lost 58-19 in their first game of the new year on Friday night. Harpeth will host Houston County next Tuesday before beginning district play at Cheatham County Central. Main Street Clarksville
