- ➤ At Wilma Rudolph Event Center on Tuesday, March 3, Mayor Joe Pitts and First Lady Cynthia Pitts hosted the annual service pin breakfast to honor city workers like Michael Cayce. - ➤ The Clarksville Police Department launched the Chief’s Shining Light Award yesterday to honor individuals with special needs and to showcase their determination, with nominations open until Tuesday, Mar. 31.
