CRIME NEWS

  • At about 2 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, Clarksville police responded to a welfare check at Campville Mobile Home Park on Cedarcrest Drive after a 911 call about a rollover crash and discovered an unconscious man with stab wounds—he was later pronounced dead at Tennova Healthcare while homicide detectives began investigating an incident that appears to have stemmed from a prearranged meeting.  Main Street Clarksville

  • Smithville artist Stacy Kranitz, awarded the 2025 CECA Tennessee Artist Fellowship from APSU, will share her art vision at the Frist Art Museum on March 27th at 6:30 p.m. The free event offers seating on a first come—first served basis and the museum will remain open until 8 p.m.  Clarksville Online
  • Miss Nelson is Missing! is coming to the Roxy Regional Theatre with three family-friendly performances on Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29, 2025—featuring a witty musical based on popular children’s books about a chaotic classroom and a strict substitute teacher. EDUCATION NEWS

  • The Tennessee VEX Robotics State Championship took place at the Austin Peay State University Dunn Center on Friday and Saturday, where middle and high school teams competed in robotics challenges and skills contests to win awards.
