- ➤ On March 6 at about 12:15 a.m., a fire on Lakeshore Drive in Stewart County nearly cost retired Navy veteran Brian Hlynosky his life until his 17-year-old daughter Abbi quickly woke him and saved him and two of their three dogs—though one dog was lost—and while the blaze destroyed all their belongings and vehicles, they are insured and will rebuild with local help and a fundraiser at Midway Pizza on Sunday, March 30. - ➤ Clarksville Police arrested 33-year-old Jassim Al-Robaie and 31-year-old Karlie Jade Parks in Antioch on March 20 in connection with the March 15 stabbing death of Thomas Gray Jr., 54, at Campville Mobile Home Park where he was found bleeding beside a running vehicle at about 2 a.m.—detectives from the Special Operations Homicide Unit and Metro Nashville’s TITANS Unit booked the suspects early Friday and the investigation remains active. - ➤ Spc. Jackson Wilson from Fort Campbell survived a suicide attempt on October 15th, 2024 at 8:37 a.m. + a friend’s quick help, he now speaks at suicide prevention training to help fellow soldiers.
