- ➤ VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System and Carnegie Management and Development Corporation announced plans for a new 254,000 sqft clinic off Fair Brook Place near Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and I-24 to provide primary, mental and specialty care for over 39,500 enrolled veterans; the facility will open in 2030. - ➤ Clarksville Gas and Water Department turned off water on Pine Mountain Road from Nashboro Road to Rosebrook Drive for a water main leak repair, and the westbound lane is partly closed; repairs are expected to finish by 2:00 p.m. today — low water pressure may affect the area. Clarksville Online
