The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone will host its third annual Month of the Military Child Carnival on April 26th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in its parking lot at 775 Weatherly Drive; the event will feature games, bounce houses, a dunk tank + magic shows and free food trucks + DIY carnival games to honor military children.

On Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the first-ever Cinco de Mayo Market Fest will take place at Café 931 in Sango—featuring local vendors, live music, and authentic foods to honor the holiday.

Tennessee’s unemployment rate dropped to 3.6% in March, marking the first decline since May 2024, according to the state labor department.
