- ➤ On Sunday morning at 6:38 a.m., Clarksville police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 2880 Ashland City Road where one car caught fire — one person was flown to a Nashville hospital while another was taken to a local hospital and officials said the road was narrowed, causing delays. WSMV 4
- ➤ Two vehicles crashed on Ashland City Road in Clarksville on Sunday morning at about 6:30 a.m.—one person was flown to a Nashville hospital and another was taken to Tennova Healthcare as police investigated the scene. WKRN

- ➤ Police say a barricaded suspect in a domestic incident on Fort Sumter Drive in north Clarksville surrendered at 3:45 a.m. on April 27 after hours of negotiations that began before 11 p.m. Saturday—he was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault. Main Street Clarksville
- ➤ At 3:45 a.m. today, Clarksville Police negotiated with a barricaded suspect on Fort Sumter Drive who exited his residence and surrendered peacefully—he was charged with aggravated domestic assault and the road has been reopened. Clarksville Online
- ➤ A man barricaded in his home at 3058 Ft. Sumter Dr. surrendered peacefully after Clarksville police set up a perimeter late Saturday night—his spouse and children were safely evacuated before he was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. WSMV 4

- ➤ Austin Peay State University nursing student Meagan Larson was selected for a competitive externship at Vanderbilt Medical Center and will work for eight weeks starting May 19 on the pediatrics floor at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital to help children with mental health conditions.
