The Millan Foundation partners with nonprofits to offer resources, construction expertise and medical support to underserved areas in Tennessee and Guatemala.

Rossview Farms donated 2.192 acres of Marcelina land to Montgomery County for a new 32,000 sqft safety complex — including fire department headquarters, a fire station and a sheriff’s precinct.

The county approved the gift this evening as part of a public-private partnership for Kirkwood’s growth.

Ascension Saint Thomas will break ground on June 16 on a new $148.5 million hospital and health campus near Highway 76 and Interstate 24 in Clarksville.

The project will offer 44 inpatient beds, emergency care, and more while adding about 250 jobs.

The Rossview Hawks defeated the Coyotes at West Creek High School to advance to the region championship.

Ben Fitting scored a penalty in the first half and Jay Jardiolin added a goal in the 62nd minute despite a late score from West Creek that ended the Coyotes’ season.

On Monday night at Clarksville High, the Dickson County Cougars beat the Wildcats 10-0 in the Region 7-4A semifinal, ending the Wildcats' season and sending Dickson to the regional title game.

Coach Brian Rush said the loss showed his team needs more experience.
