- ➤ Clarksville residents have several weekend events to enjoy as a Kid Kentucky tribute performs today at Downtown Commons from 7 to 10 p.m. and tomorrow the library hosts Touch-a-Truck Summer Reading Kickoff at 10 a.m., Edith Pettus Park shows Moana 2 at 7:30 p.m., Liberty Park holds an all-white party from 6 to 10 p.m. with a $50 admission, and Up in Smoke Cigar Lounge runs a fundraiser from 1 to 5 p.m. with bourbon tastings and barbecue. - ➤ Clarksville has recorded nearly 18 inches over its normal rainfall in just six months with snow, rain and tornadoes hitting the region, and more storms are forecast to add to the flooding risk.
