- ➤ A Fort Campbell soldier died and another was injured during a helicopter training incident Wednesday evening at Fort Campbell—emergency crews responded and the investigation is ongoing. WKRN
- ➤ At approximately 7 p.m. on June 11, an aviation incident occurred in the Fort Campbell training area involving two servicemembers—one soldier was confirmed dead and the other was evacuated to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and remained in stable condition—while emergency services responded immediately and an investigation is underway. - ➤ A citizen’s call about a person with a warrant led Clarksville Police to Abby Creek Drive near Heritage Point Circle, where, at about 11:00 p.m., officers heard a gunshot and found two males in a dispute, with one man suffering a gunshot wound to his leg and flown by LifeFlight to a hospital in Nashville + authorities say there is no public threat + the investigation is ongoing.
