- ➤ Clarksville celebrated its 5th annual Juneteenth Parade on Thursday, June 19 when residents honored Black history with dance teams, marching bands, and colorful floats. The parade marched from Commerce Street to the Burt-Cobb Recreation Center — a celebration hosted by Manifest Magic Black Girl Cooperative that also featured a community health zone at Fifth Ward Missionary Baptist Church. - ➤ Clarksville Parks and Recreation reopened the historic L&N Train Station on June 16 after months of restoration work to honor the city’s railroad history + Mayor Joe Pitts thanked community partners and city employees for their support.
