- ➤ Clarksville Now invites residents and businesses to share photos and details of their best Christmas light displays in an ongoing contest open today—voters will choose the top residential entries once they are posted. - ➤ Montgomery County Parks and Recreation invites local businesses to show their holiday spirit in the 2nd annual Deck the County: Holiday Business Showdown by submitting festive displays online by December 11. The top three winners will be announced and receive awards at Downtown Commons on December 22 at 6:00 p.m.—the best display wins a trophy and a digital ad run from January through March. - ➤ Saturday, Nov. 22, Clarksville will host three events—a Christmas on the Cumberland opening at McGregor Park with a lighted drone show and Holiday Market from 2-8 p.m., and The Awakening Tour at F&M Bank Arena at 7 p.m. with tickets starting at $35.
