For over ten years, rows of combat boots have honored service members at Fort Campbell, and from May 19th to May 26th the boots will be on display one final time.

The long-standing tribute will give way to the new Gold Star Families Memorial Monument—an all-year space for quiet remembrance.

Cucumbers grown by Bedner Growers and sold by Fresh Start Produce Inc. are being recalled after a salmonella outbreak sickened 26 people in 15 states including Tennessee—where 1 to 2 cases have been reported.

The recall covers cucumbers sold from April 29 to May 14 and the FDA advises consumers and businesses to discard any cucumbers of unknown origin.
